Dear Bullock Community,

At CHB, we cherish our tradition of providing Thanksgiving meals and assisting families with their gift-giving needs during this time of year. With the holiday season just around the corner, CHB is here to support you for your holiday needs, whatever they may be.

If you feel you would benefit from one or both of these offerings, please fill out one or both of the Google forms linked below. Directions about pick-up dates and times are included in the Google Forms. Items are generously donated by our Bullock community and staff.

Due to time constraints, we cannot process late requests.

Halloween

Parade: Weather permitting, we will hold our Parade in front of the school starting at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 31st, 2025. Please do not arrive before 1:40 as we are still transitioning students from recess back into the building, and do not park in the staff parking lot. In the event of rain, we will have a parade for students only in the building. The goal is to let the children see and enjoy each other’s costumes so in the event of inclement weather, they still can parade for one another through the halls. While we would love to invite all families in, we do not have the capacity to include everyone safely.

Costumes: Please send your child’s costume to school. Leave accessories at home. No masks, brooms, staff, weapons, etc. Your child will be changing after recess/lunch to prepare for the parade.

Celebration: Any celebration should be coordinated with your child’s class parent. If you are unsure who that is, please reach out to your child’s teacher.

Dismissal: If you plan to take your child home after the parade, you must complete 2025 Halloween Dismissal Form for your child. Please complete one for each child. If your child finishes their day and is dismissed at 3:05 (aftercare, bus, or walker), you do not need to complete a form.

Jackie Mason and Jennifer Woschinko will provide separate activities for students who do not participate in Halloween festivities. If you have any questions, please contact the main office at (973) 509-4255.

**Pickup Information: These meals can be picked up at Bullock on Tuesday, November 25th, from 3-5 pm, or on November 26th during our abbreviated day school hours, 9-1:40.

Winter Holiday

Please fill out the form no later than November 7th.

We ask that you do not participate in our program if you are receiving gifts through another community program.

**Pickup Information: December 17th from 3-5 pm at Bullock & December 18 & 19th during school hours.**

Please make sure that if you request gifts, you are available to pick up during these times.
