Last Call for Pizza Orders and Volunteers!

We can’t wait to see you, this Friday, for our first community event of the year! Family Movie Night is Friday, September 19th at 6:30PM on the Bradford Field (next to the playground). Please bring your own chairs and blankets to sit on.

 

We will be showing Lilo & Stitch (2025). The movie will begin at 7pm (approx. run time is 108 minutes). This community event is FREE for Bradford families.

 

Pizza order deadline is TOMORROW at 12PM! We’ll have it ready for pick up at the event: CHEDDAR UP PIZZA ORDERS 

 

Volunteers are still needed to help make our first community event a success! Please consider showing your support by volunteering to help setup, hand out pizza, sell snacks or clean up. VOLUNTEER SIGNUP

 

Reminders:

  • We will have snacks, drinks and trinkets available for sale.  Everything costs $1.
  • All proceeds from pizza, snacks and trinkets will benefit the PTA and go to movie night costs, future community events and student and teacher support.

Mark Your Calendars for Bradford Fall Fest!

It may still be 80 degrees during dismissal, but cooler mornings and evenings mean Fall is in the air! And that means, Bradford Fall Fest is returning on Saturday, October 4th! 

 

What better way to celebrate the change of seasons than with fresh and delicious pancakes (flipped and served on-site), kicking off the school Book Fair and making Bradford even more beautiful by planting bulbs that create our wonderful gardens!

 

More information will be shared in the coming weeks regarding pancake pre-orders, donating bulbs to plant and volunteer opportunities, so mark your calendars.

Bradford Directory

Looking for a way to help from home? We are in need of a volunteer to put together the Bradford Directory. This collection of contact information is vital for setting up playdates and sending birthday party invites, and can be pulled together entirely from home. Reach out to ptapres@bradfordpta.org if interested.

We also have many events and programs throughout the year, and if you have have a strong interest in getting involved in any of these, email ptapres@bradfordpta.org, and we will connect you with the organizers:

    • After School Enrichment classes (Fall & Spring sessions)
    • Library Volunteering (all year)
    • Bedtime & Books (Dec)
    • Bradfest (Feb)
    • Family Skate (Mar)
    • 5th Grade Committee (June)

The PTA supports Bradford in many ways and your membership is part of that. A portion of your membership fee goes toward the NJPTA. The rest goes to Bradford. We help provide:

  • Teacher grants for classrooms (i.e. supplies for those cute holiday gifts we receive from the children)
  • Assemblies
  • Scholarships for after school enrichment and class trips
  • Family support assistance
  • MLK Jr Day of Service

You can join as a family, individual or teacher/staff.

  • 9/19 – 6:30 – 8:45pm: Bradford Movie Night (Bradford field)
  • 9/23 – School Closed for Rosh Hashanah
  • 10/2 – School Closed for Yom Kippur
  • 10/4 – Time TBD: Bradford Fall Fest
  • 10/15 – 6:30 – 7:30 PM: PTA General Meeting (in-person, in music room)
